If you’re interested in purchasing a 2019 share, please follow these steps:
1. Download and read through the 2020 Chrysalis Year Commitment Form .
2. If you have a PDF writer, digitally fill in the form with your information, save the form, and attach the completed form to an email to cfofa2@gmail.com. *Be sure to download and save your completed form before submitting it. Otherwise your form will be sent blank.

If you don’t have a PDF writer, simply download and print out the form, fill it out by hand, scan or take a clear picture of all pages of the completed form and attach them to an email to cfofa2@gmail.com.
3. Submit your PayPal Payment* here:

*You may pay your share pledge in full or make a first installment when you send your Commitment Form. Please consider that most of the farm’s expenses for this year are due in early Summer, but we will accept payments toward the seed money goals throughout the rest of the year, even into December.
A record of your payments (including any reservation fees previously paid) will be kept both with PayPal and our farm record-keeper.
